Yes, Its True That Samsung has Manufactured This 128gb Ram in Normal Size like our Regular desktop ram. don't dream of It because it won't be cheap as like Our Normal desktop Rams so its for big enterprise servers. the Samsung Used There "THROUGH SILICON VIA” manufacturing technique to connect RAM chips vertically using electrodes passing through holes rather than more conventional wiring you find in other RAM. Samsung squeezes in 144 chips, arranged into 36 4GB packages, to provide 128GB of memory with the Speed of 2400 Mega Bytes per Second. Samsung Also Said That the New Ram “boasts the largest capacity and the highest energy efficiency of any DRAM modules today.”
