I would Like To say NO, Average UI Modifications and Optimization Of RAM and Battery Management

Changes I Noticed (the Good and The Bad)

1. No Fast-recharging like Before
2. There Grey And little drops Goes on Increasing and Camera Screen Fills with Grains When You Switch From Rear Cam To Front Cam. NOT ALL THE THE TIME BUT sometime
3. It consumes little battery charge when it's compared to previous Version !!
4. Ram Management Is Improved & Great Performance in Multitasking !!
5. New wallpaper (only1)
6. When Lock Device While Playing Music It Show The Music App (like Widget) On Locked Screen and The Give the Back (for to Play Previous Song) button for music in notification section...
7. Video Player Looks More Smooth Looks Good When You tap While Playing Video and They Given Lock facility To It

If you Noticed any other Changes Please Comment Below And Let Me Know that 

What I am Missing..

Conclusion : If You Have Broadband Connection then Download (upgrade it) it Or else wait Till The 19th or 20th August For MIUI v7 Global Release Don't Waste Your money Paying to your Network operator (airtel,docomo,aircel ...etc)
